1 – HOW TO ENTER
You must have your Name, complete Address, Phone Number and Email Address filled out on the entry form. Sullivan Industries will not share or sell your Information to any third party. Please make sure information is correct, prizes will be sent to the address on entry form. Winners will be notified by email and or phone. Please allow two weeks for prizes to arrive. Only one entry per week per name / email address will be accepted. Contest runs from Midnight Sunday to Midnight Sunday – Eastern Standard Time. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You may also enter by using plain paper, handprint or type your name, address, phone number and email address and which broadhead model you want and mail to: Innerloc Broadhead Give-A-Way, 1472 Camp Creek Rd. 2 – SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
A weekly entrant will be selected by a random drawing by a representative of Sullivan Industries from among all eligible entries received for the previous week. The selected weekly entrant will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. Winners will be listed on the Past Winners Page.

3– PRIZES
Prizes include 1 pack of your choice of Innerloc Broadheads. You must check the model you prefer on the entry form. You will also receive an Innerloc baseball hat and decals.

4 – ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Employees of Sullivan Industries, Inc. are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.

5 - ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

6 – CONDITIONS
Sullivan Industries, Inc. disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sullivan Industries control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
